Many Victorian floors (often referred to as 'Minton' floors) have been subject to years of neglect and are often hidden beneath existing floorings. Once revealed we can strip back old polishes and sealers and then deep clean them to bring the tiles back close to their original finish.

We also source replacement tiles from one of the last of the original tile manufacturers in the Potteries - Craven Dunnill Jackfield. On many an occasion we have replaced damaged and broken tiles that were laid in the 19th century, and replaced them with new tiles made in the same manufacturer in the same factory in the 21st.
